Business License Online Renewal

Eligibility
Business license tax certificates can now be renewed online. Your Account # and PIN are required to log on.

Note: If there has been a change of ownership, please contact the Business License Department to confirm changes do not require additional processing or forms at finance@prcity.com or 805-237-3999.

Process
After completing the online renewal process, you will receive your business license tax certificate in the mail.

Enter your business license tax account #. This number can be found on your renewal form in the upper left section.
PIN
Enter your online renewal pin #. This number can be found on your renewal form. Click here to have the PIN emailed to the primary contact's email on file.
